The Throwover is the sweater version of Andrea Mowry's design The Throwback. A classic sweater, perfect over t-shirts and jeans.

The Throwover is knit from the top down with a deep collar, that transitions into a colourwork round yoke. The sleeves are separated and put on hold while the body is finished. They are then returned to the needles and knit down for a customisable and seamless sweater!

Finished Measurements: 34 (38, 42, 46, 50)(54, 58, 62, 66)” / 86.5 (96.5, 107, 117, 127)(137, 147.5, 157.5, 167.5) cm
This sweater is intended to be worn with approximately 2-6”/5-15 cm positive ease. The sample is shown in Size 2 on a 34”/86.5 cm bust.
Yarn: Worsted weight yarn in four colours. The sample is shown in Magpie Fibers Nest.
Yardage: Colour A - 655 (747, 812, 887, 960)(1071, 1176, 1297, 1380) m
Colours B, C & D (each) - 42 (48, 52, 57, 62)(68, 75, 83, 88) m
Needles: main fabric: 5 mm (US 8) – 80 to 100cm circular and preferred needles for small circumference knitting (Magic Loop or DPNs)
ribbing: 4mm (US 6) 80 to 100cm circular and preferred needles for small circumference knitting (Magic Loop or DPNs)

◄CUSTOMS CHARGES
Tangled Yarn is now signed up for IOSS, collecting and remitting import VAT on your behalf. This means that VAT on orders under €150 will be paid by Tangled Yarn (not by you upon delivery). Please note that these new rules do not apply to orders over €150 and that parcels from the UK may still attract customs and handling charges, based on the practices/policies of your own countries authorities.

Customers outside the UK and the EU may be liable for taxes, duties and import fees. As the buyer you are responsible for these charges and they are usually requested prior to delivery by the postal service in your country.

If you're looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use
  • Downloadable patterns, printed patterns, books or magazines cannot be returned
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
  • If you have an account with us, you can log in and request a return from your account. Alternatively reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  • Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email (UK only)
  • Please send all items back to us using the label provided (UK only)

 

Additional Information:

  • We will process your return within two workings days
  • £2.95 will be reduced from your refund. (UK only) The original postage charges will also be deducted.
  • International orders returned are at your own expense and we advise you use a tracked service
  • If returns are lost or damaged, there will be a delay in handling your return of 15 working days
