New from De Rerum Natura for summer 2022!

Robinson is made from the wool of Arles merinos raised in organic farming in Provence and recycled cotton. The addition of cotton brings softness and a fresh summer vibe to this light worsted weight yarn. As well as an interesting texture and mottled appearance. It feels dry to the hand but will bloom and soften more after washing.

De Rerum Natura has created a palette of eleven colours. The range was achieved using natural plant extracts (indigo, chestnut, reseda, madder and cochineal) selected for their shade and strength. The dyed and unbleached yarns are mixed to create the colour range according to the chosen blends, and then woolen spun.

Robinson is recommended to be knit on a 4 - 4.5mm needle for a gauge of around 20 sts for 28 rows. It is ideal for textured stitches but also brings a lovely natural and relaxed touch to stocking and garter stitch. It can be used for a wide range of patterns written for worsted or heavy DK yarns.

Tangled Yarn is now signed up for IOSS, collecting and remitting import VAT on your behalf. This means that VAT on orders under €150 will be paid by Tangled Yarn (not by you upon delivery). Please note that these new rules do not apply to orders over €150 and that parcels from the UK may still attract customs and handling charges, based on the practices/policies of your own countries authorities.

Customers outside the UK and the EU may be liable for taxes, duties and import fees. As the buyer you are responsible for these charges and they are usually requested prior to delivery by the postal service in your country.

If you're looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of use
  • Downloadable patterns, printed patterns, books or magazines cannot be returned
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
  • If you have an account with us, you can log in and request a return from your account. Alternatively reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  • Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email (UK only)
  • Please send all items back to us using the label provided (UK only)

 

Additional Information:

  • We will process your return within two workings days
  • £2.95 will be reduced from your refund. (UK only) The original postage charges will also be deducted.
  • International orders returned are at your own expense and we advise you use a tracked service
  • If returns are lost or damaged, there will be a delay in handling your return of 15 working days
