    Solo Skein Stunner is a quick and easy project for a beginner or a lovely mini-project for more experienced knitters. The shape of the scarf is achieved by first knitting a triangle, after which length is added by knitting short rows in the German short row technique.

    The scarf can easily be scaled by making the triangle shape larger, as the triangle’s high point determines the scarf’s height. You can also alter the scarf to your liking by using only garter stitch (instead of stocking stitch used in the pattern), using a textured stitch or striping the scarf.

    Yarn requirements: 1 skein of Tukuwool DK (100 % Finnish wool, 250m/100g) shown photographed in the colour manna.
    Needles: 5 mm (US8)m circular needle
    Notions: 2 stitch markers
    Gauge: Ribbing: 25 sts x 30 row = 10 cm x 10 cm on 4 mm needles (after washing)
