    Tahniah celebrates the combination of delicacy and texture. The crescent shawl by designer Susanna Winter for Rosy Green Wool plays with the different textures of garter stitch and the fluted fabric stitch in asymmetrical stripes, making for a varied and interesting knit.

    This pattern is designed to make the most of the yarn. It requires three colours, with one colour transitioning into the next.

    Yarn: Rosy Green Wool - Cheeky Merino Joy (100% softest organic Merino) shown in colours Pistachio (A), Reed (B)  and Dragonfly (C) - one skein of each
    Needles: 3.5 mm (US 4) and 4 mm (US 6), 80 cm (32 in) or longer circular needle
    Notions: Crochet hook and waste yarn for provisional cast-on, removable stitch marker, darning needle, blocking wires
